Andreas L. Gross-Zerilli has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of strategy, organizational design and complex transformation in highly regulated environments. His experience includes major programs in oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, banking, industrial organizations and utilities.

His work has repeatedly placed him inside transformations where sophisticated methodologies and governance systems reached their limits—once organizational complexity, politics, accountability and decision latency became decisive.

Experience under sail. As an experienced sailor and holder of a sailing licence, Andreas brings a second and unusually tangible perspective: leadership when resources are finite, information incomplete, conditions unstable and consequences real. STORMBLADE connects these two worlds.
