Waiting is not neutral.

More analysis can improve a decision, but delay also has a cost. STORMBLADE asks what is known, what remains assumed and which choice is required before the decision window closes.

Sense. Choose. Steer.

The navigation loop is simple: sense reality, interpret the signal, choose a course, steer and learn. A decision matters only when it creates observable movement.

Correct without losing responsibility.

A responsible course can still prove wrong. Reflection makes correction possible; ownership ensures accountability does not disappear when the heading changes.
